Hi I’m David Walker. I’m a solicitor, debt recovery expert and the creator of Cash Flow Rescue.
Thank you for visiting my website!
If you suffer from late payments in your business you’re in the right place because here you will find everything you need to chase up unpaid invoices and tackle slow paying clients.
Please have a look around and take full advantage of all the free debt collection tips and advice on our blog page.
But seeing as though you’re here, on this page, I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and explain why I have launched Cash Flow Rescue.
I’ve been a solicitor for over 15 years and (alongside Cash Flow Rescue) I have been running my own legal practice – Grid Law Solicitors – for over half this time.
Every year I recover hundreds of thousands in unpaid invoices for my clients and I’m very proud that in the UK we have one of the best legal systems in the world.
However, it does have its flaws.
The biggest issue I have with it relates to small claims (i.e., those payment disputes valued at £10,000 or less).
The problem with these small claims is that the small claims court procedure doesn’t allow you to recover your legal fees, even if you win!
In my experience most outstanding invoices are for sums far less than the small claims limit. Most are under £3,000 and many of these are for maybe £200 to £500.
If you instruct a solicitor to recover these unpaid invoices for you, you are almost guaranteed to spend more on legal fees than you will get back.
So, what’s the point?
I think this is hugely unfair and believe that everyone should be able to recover any outstanding invoice, no matter what the size and they shouldn’t have to incur expensive legal fees in the process.
In general, I love my job, but there’s one part I hate. When a client comes to me asking for help to recover their outstanding invoices I hate having to tell them they have a perfectly valid claim, there’s every chance they will win, but it’s not cost effective for me to pursue it.
It goes against everything I believe in so, instead of turning these clients away, I started mentoring them through the legal system so they could take action to recover these invoices themselves.
Encouraged by these successes I wanted to do the same for more clients but this is a time consuming process and when I do it one-to-one so there’s a limit to how many people I can help. So, I decided to write a book (which is available on Amazon) and produce a complete online debt recovery solution so everyone could get paid the money they’re owed.
And that’s how I came to create Cash Flow Rescue!
Already it is transforming peoples’ businesses. One of my clients recovered £11,000 within two weeks of picking up a copy of my book!
So how could Cash Flow Rescue help you?

Do you have any slow paying clients?
How do you feel when you work hard for a client, only for them not to pay on time?
It hurts and can put a real strain on your cashflow.
You have to work extra hard just to make ends meet, it can delay expansion plans and it can drain the enthusiasm for the work you once loved.
I’ve seen this happen time and time again, so if you have slow paying clients, you’re not alone.
So what can we do about this?
